Hrdá, Michaela
The aim of the bachelor thesis was to observe the behavior of dogs from the shelter in Pístovice during urination. Another goal was to find out what behavior most commonly occurs in dogs in the shelter. Females were urinated with higher-lifted legs less frequently than males. Dogs scrabbled after urination more often than females. The length of stay in the shelter affected the sniffing of the area before urination. It is clear from the results that many factors influence the behavior of dogs during urination. The most common behavior among dogs in the shelter was fearfulness.
